Returns & refunds policy

Any product you buy from Supertooth Dental Auckland comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose, and match their description.

If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If you simply change your mind, you can return an unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened oral-care products (such as toothbrushes, whitening kits, mouthguard kits and similar items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.

Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a return we do not receive.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at hello@supertooth.co.nz or 09 964 0508 with your order details and a photo where relevant. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the fault. We will email you once the refund has been processed.

We ship within New Zealand using a tracked courier. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
