Quick questions

Before you come in

How long will it take?
Allow about 30 to 45 minutes for a first check-up. If X-rays are needed they're taken on the spot, digital, quick and low-dose.
What should I bring?
Any ACC claim details or a WINZ/MSD quote reference if relevant, your Southern Cross details if you'd like to use Easy-Claim, and a list of anything that's been bothering you. No worry is too small.
What does it cost?
New-patient exam + X-rays is $79. Anything further is quoted in writing before we start.
I'm nervous, can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us and we'll slow right down and explain as we go. Your first appointment can be just a conversation if that's what you need.
Can I bring my kids?
Of course. We're a whānau-friendly practice, and happy to see the whole family together.
It's been years since I saw a dentist. Will I get a lecture?
Never. Long gaps are one of the most common things we see, and the plan simply starts from where you are today.
