People rarely skip the dentist because they don't care about their teeth. They skip it because of parking, traffic, work hours and the general logistics of life. Our whole location is aimed at those four excuses.
The parking problem, solved by geography
A central-city dental visit usually comes with a parking building, a walk and a meter running in the back of your mind. The Auckland Airport Shopping Centre has free parking at the door. You park, you walk in, you're in the chair. For anyone juggling car seats or squeezing an appointment into a lunch break, that's often the difference between booking and putting it off again.
Open when normal jobs aren't
The airport precinct runs on shifts, so we do too. We're open Sundays, we hold same-day emergency slots every clinic day, and Wednesdays and Saturdays are available by appointment. Airport and precinct staff get 15% off treatment with the ID they already carry to work.
The practice you can fly to
Being a few minutes from the domestic terminal makes us practical for people who fly in for the day, including patients from Great Barrier Island, where there's no resident dentist. We plan appointments around flight times so a return trip genuinely fits inside a day.
Access includes cost
Convenience doesn't mean much if price is the real barrier. So our everyday prices are published: a consult is $60, an X-ray $35, a full-mouth OPG $100, and a scale and polish starts from $150. Anything bigger gets a written quote before it's booked. We're a registered ACC provider, we prepare free quotes for WINZ and MSD dental grants, and Southern Cross Easy-Claim visits are claimed on the spot at reception.
